LO1: Brief

You have been asked by local community radio station, Sheffield Live!  to create a new and original radio show or drama.

You will create the first 5-10 minutes of the new radio show/ drama and include:

1. Presenters/ voice actors 
2. News bulletin
3. Feature/ interview/ narrative 
4. Jingle/ theme music 
5. Bedding music/ sound/ effects
6. Original advert
7. Competition/ social media links

In our group is Shauna, Hannah and myself and we will be making a radio drive time magazine show 

LO1: Features of a radio show

Things you expect to hear in a radio show 

1.  Interviews with celebrities/ personnel etc
2.  Local/ worldwide news (News bulletins every hour for Hallam, will be repetitive)
3.  Celebrity gossip
4.  Competitions (Especially for commercial)
5.  Stories
6.  Advertisements- form of revenue stream
7.  Jingles- sample of sound associated with each radio show,     every 15 minutes  
8.  Bedding music- background music that supports dialogue
